PURPOSE
Choose one problem to watch (for example, starting late). Use similar
tasks and the same time limit. Try your normal setup once and a single
website twice. Three sessions suggest a next step; they do not prove
causation, better learning or long-term retention.

FILLED EXAMPLE — INVENTED VALUES, NOT STUDENT OR PRODUCT TEST RESULTS
Target: reduce late starts. Task each day: four comparable course
questions; 25 minutes of work; check attempted answers afterward.

PROVISIONAL DECISION
The two timer sessions start sooner in this invented record. Keep
the timer provisionally and watch another comparable block. More
correct answers do not isolate a timer effect. Repair errors and
retry a previous mistake without notes on a later day. Record the
actual answer and check it; do not substitute a confidence rating.
